NJPIRG has remote volunteer and internship opportunities tackling issues important to young people- including fighting climate change, making textbooks more affordable, and alleviating hunger and homelessness.
Our priority this fall is to get Rutgers to commit to being powered by 100% clean and renewable energy by 2030. With more extreme weather events – like Superstorm Sandy – hotter summers, and rising sea levels that threaten the Jersey Shore, we can’t wait any longer to tackle the climate crisis. Campuses like the University of Arizona, Cornell University, Boston University, and the entire UC System have already made similar commitments. With this step, Rutgers can help lead our state, and the nation, toward a clean energy future.
Whether you have 10 hours a week or 10 hours the entire semester, there are tons of ways to get involved. Fill out this online interest form to join our team and learn more about remote internship & volunteer opportunities!
